Pe parcursul celor opt runde din Wine Cellar, jucătorii colectează sticle de vin pentru a crea crama clientului lor. Sticlele sunt aranjate într-o ordine cronologică, reprezentând succesiunea în care vor fi consumate. Fiecare sticlă valorează un număr diferit de puncte, în funcție de poziția sa pe această cronologie. De asemenea, jucătorii primesc puncte în funcție de preferințele clientului lor privind tipul de vin și țara de origine.
